Jonathan Mallin

Jonathan Mallin joined Inveniam in 2025, and serves as Associate Counsel reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Mallin is an attorney with 20 years of experience delivering strategic counsel in many different settings, including AmLaw 100 firms, a U.S. federal agency, and a diversified family office investment company. He has collaborated with investment banks and fund sponsors to launch first-to-market novel exchange-traded investment products.

Mr. Mallin received his JD from New York University School of Law and his B.A. with High Distinction in Political Science from the University of Michigan—Ann Arbor. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and New York.
