This webpage describes our privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). By visiting our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), you are accepting the practices and terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy addresses:

1. What Information We Collect

The information we learn from customers and users of our Services helps us personalize and continually improve our Services and your experience. The types of information we gather include:

You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our features.

2. How We Use Your Information (Lawful Purpose)

We use the information we collect for various purposes:

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device during and between visits. The “help” feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies and saved site data, by changing the add-on’s settings or visiting the website of the software developer. Because cookies are required to take advantage of some of our Services' important features, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Some web browsers have incorporated "Do Not Track" (DNT) features that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. There is no consensus in how Websites should interpret and respond to DNT signals.  Most websites and web services do not change their behaviors or data collection based on DNT signals.  Our Services do not currently respond to ‘Do Not Track’ (DNT) signals.

4. How We Share Your Information

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling your information to others. We share customer information only as described in this Privacy Policy and with our subsidiaries and affiliates that Inveniam controls that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or we believe follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

Within Our Own Organization: Access to customer information is strictly controlled and restricted to authorized personnel on a “need-to-know” basis.

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of these functions could include sending communications and email, delivering packages, sending mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, and providing customer service. These other companies and individuals could have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but they are not authorized to use it for other purposes.

Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing privacy policy (unless the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Inveniam or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.

Protection of Inveniam and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our policies and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Inveniam, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to elect not to share the information.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Privacy Policy, and for other legitimate business purposes. The precise periods for which we keep your personal information will vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and our legal or business needs.

The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, or when the retention period expires, we will either delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is feasible. We use secure methods to permanently and irrecoverably delete or irreversibly anonymize your data.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We employ encryption to protect data in transit, using protocols like https with security certificates, and at rest.  The encryption we use ensures that data is not exposed as plain text.  However, any communications you send to us through unencrypted channels, such as email, may be transmitted in plain text and could be more vulnerable to interception.

Despite our efforts, we, like other service providers, cannot guarantee that our safeguards will be effective in every situation and that your information will remain 100% secure.
