Patrick Hoban joined Inveniam in August, 2025 as the Chief Leadership Officer. His responsibilities include constantly assessing the strengths and gaps in skills/strengths and leadership across the company, creating a leadership development program and ecosystem to drive accountability and performance that will scale as the company grows rapidly. He also oversees Human Resources, staff performance objectives, and execution of the goals of Inveniam through its great employees.
Mr. Hoban has been a serial-entrepreneur for nearly three decades, growing and selling multiple companies in the education and health care industries. He is also the founder and president of a leadership coaching & consulting company and has been training leaders all over the country on how to create successful teams and organizations that can scale and increase profitability.
He has worked with leaders at every level to architect a leadership culture that is built on integrity, accountability, discipline, and execution. His goal with Inveniam is to build an operating system for its people and leaders, just as the company builds the operating system for private market assets through its data management infrastructure.
