Michael Pinney joined Inveniam in June 2025 as a Principal Product Designer. He is a seasoned design leader with two decades of experience across startups, scale-ups, and multinational companies. He has held design leadership roles at Education First, Discovery and LendInvest. Mr. Pinney is also the co-host of the design podcast ThisTBH and helps run Triangles, a UK based design community.
