As Managing Director of Strategic Solutions & Partnerships, Christopher Ward helps institutional clients and partners unlock the value of private market data through tokenization, advanced analytics, and AI readiness. In this role, he works across sales, partnerships, and product teams to design and execute solutions that prepare real estate and private equity data for digital transformation—reducing risk, preserving data sovereignty, and driving more accurate insights and value creation across real-world assets.
With deep expertise in bringing innovative solutions to market, Mr. Ward has built a track record of helping asset managers, institutional investors, and real estate operators harness technology to improve performance, transparency, and decision-making.
Mr. Ward brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of real estate, private equity, and technology. He has held senior leadership roles spanning product management, business development, and commercialization with organizations such as Altus Group, StratoDem Analytics, Yardi Systems, FIS/Investran, eFront, and State Street. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ward contributed to two successful venture-backed technology start-ups and served as an analyst within the real estate group at Fidelity Management and Research.
He holds a BS in Finance from Syracuse University and lives in Concord, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
