Krisi Flournoy rejoined the team at Inveniam in July 2025 as Manager, Employee Operations. In this role, she is responsible for building foundational employee and people-centric functions to support scalable growth, strengthen culture, and help make Inveniam a wonderful place to work.
Starting her career as an executive assistant, Mrs. Flournoy has experience across the education, tech, and startup industries. Since transitioning into human resources in 2021, she has led the development and execution of core people functions and employee engagement initiatives.
Mrs. Flournoy brings a people-first mindset to her role at Inveniam, with rich experience in operational strategy, culture building, and general people operations. She is passionate about leveraging technology and intentional design to build optimized, more connected workplaces.
