Jenna Vuong

With over ten years of experience in process design and documentation management, Jenna Vuong joined Inveniam in 2025 as a Technical Writer and Content Librarian. In this role, she is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining essential project documentation and content repositories, and ensuring critical information is accurately captured and retained for project success.

Prior to Inveniam, Ms. Vuong has supported the development of several firms in consulting, healthcare technology, and hospitality. She is passionate about process improvement and organizational clarity, and brings a suite of project and change management skills to the Inveniam toolkit to support its continued growth.
