James Kresta serves as Associate Counsel for Inveniam. Prior to transitioning in-house, he was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm, where he built a successful practice in complex commercial litigation. Mr. Kresta’s background provides a strategic advantage in navigating the legal, regulatory and strategic challenges inherent in emerging technologies.
Mr. Kresta earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School with honors, and lives in Michigan with his family. He enjoys camping, playing music, and coaching baseball.
