New hires bring deep expertise in digitaltransformation, customer success, and commercial real estate data strategy tosupport Inveniam’s next phase of growth.
Inveniam Capital Partners(“Inveniam”), the global leader in decentralized data infrastructure for private market assets, today announced the appointmentsof Michael Salk as Chief Customer Officer of Inveniam’s data management platform and Christopher Ward as Managing Director, Strategic Solutions &Partnerships. These additions strengthen Inveniam’s ability to scale enterprise adoption, deepen customer success programs, and accelerate integration of tokenized asset workflows across financial institutions.
Salk joins Inveniam with more than 25 years of experience leading customer-centric digital transformation initiatives across the financial and media sectors. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Distribution & MediaSolutions at Moody’s Analytics, where he led a $500M+ P&Land supported global strategies driving over $850M in annual revenue. AtInveniam, Salk will focus on optimizing customer engagement and experience across the company’s platform, aligning data-driven innovation with operational efficiency for institutional clients.

Ward brings a strong track record at the intersection of commercial real estate, fintech, and data analytics. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer atAirWave Lease Insights, where he led go-to-market and product strategy, and as Director of StrategicAlliances at Altus Group following its acquisition of StratoDem Analytics. At Inveniam, Ward will lead strategic partnerships and integrated solution design, working with clients to unlock new value through tokenized data and intelligent workflows.
