MANTRA, the Layer 1 blockchain focused on real-world asset tokenization, is to be acquired by its strategic backer Inveniam Capital Partners, the companies announced Tuesday.

The deal comes after MANTRA's native token (MANTRA) suffered a major collapse in 2025, and then the company announced a restructure and layoffs. Before MANTRA's restructuring last August, Inveniam invested $20 million in the firm.‍
