NVNM Chain is accountability infrastructure for agentic activity. Every AI agent has a beneficial owner, and the owner is the accountable party for what the agent does. NVNM Chain is the substrate that makes that accountability mechanically traceable: every agent operates from a unique persistent on-chain wallet, and the inputs, processing, and outputs of consequential agent actions are recorded as cryptographic attestations that any authorized counterparty can independently verify. In single-party or trusted-counterparty contexts, agentic workflows can be verified internally and trust assumptions are tractable. In multi-party contexts where counterparties cannot rely on each other to adjudicate the truth of inputs, processing, or outputs, immutable attestation between parties is the only mechanism that lets each side directly verify what the others did without anyone serving as intermediary truth-arbiter.
