Todd Deering

Todd Deering joined Inveniam in 2025 as a Senior QA Manager, bringing over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance. In his role, Mr. Deering leads QA processes for the company’s innovative financial solutions, focusing on performance testing, automation, and SAFe methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets both technical and business requirements.

Prior to Inveniam, Mr. Deering served as QA Manager & Architect at Shell Energy, leading QA strategies for energy tech projects, and as Quality Assurance Architect/Lead at Shell Energy Services. He’s also held key roles at ExxonMobil, Enterprise Products, and United Airlines, focusing on performance and automation testing for large-scale applications.

Mr. Deering’s career spans leadership positions at JP Morgan Chase and SIGMA3 Integrated Reservoir Solutions, as well as early roles at Motorola and Wolters Kluwer companies. With expertise in QA strategy, coaching, and team leadership, he is committed to driving continuous improvement and excellence in software quality.
