Rob Winters

Rob Winters joined Inveniam in December 2024 following Inveniam’s acquisition of Hedgehog Invest, where he was Head of Design.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Winters has designed digital products and built high-performing design teams in both startups and large organizations.

He joined Hailo, a taxi-hailing app, as employee number three and was responsible for designing the Hailo passenger and driver mobile products while growing and leading the product design team. Backed by Accel, Atomico, Wellington Partners, and Union Square Ventures, Hailo rapidly expanded its driver and customer networks across the UK, Ireland, Spain, the US, Canada, and Japan.

Mr. Winters later became Head of Design at Trainline, scaling the design team from three to 20+ and leading the company through a rebrand, re-platforming, European expansion, and an IPO. Trainline is now the UK’s most downloaded travel app and Europe’s leading train booking platform.
