John Reynolds

John Reynolds is a seasoned CPA and Finance Executive with deep expertise in Web3, blockchain, and high-growth software start-ups.

With over a decade of progressive leadership experience, Mr. Reynolds has held key finance roles at Vaulta Foundation, nft42, Tracepoint (acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton), and Block.one (EOSIO). His background spans FP&A, M&A, venture funding, multi-entity/multi-jurisdiction taxation, system implementations, treasury operations, and financial reporting for both traditional and crypto-native organizations.

Mr. Reynolds served on the Executive Committee of the Virginia Society of CPAs, and subsequently AICPA Council. He is passionate about building scalable financial infrastructure, turning complex data into strategic insight, and supporting innovative companies at the intersection of finance and technology.
