Jenna focuses on helping organizations operate more effectively during periods of growth and change. Her background spans enterprise systems integration, business process design, and operational transformation, with a particular emphasis on post-acquisition integration. Before joining Inveniam, she helped consolidate nine organizations into a unified 4,000-person enterprise, leading initiatives that included Salesforce consolidation, Microsoft 365 migration, contract standardization, and implementation of a Professional Services Automation platform supporting financial reporting and operational delivery.

Today, Jenna partners across engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership to simplify complex processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and build scalable operating models. She is passionate about translating technical complexity into practical business solutions that enable organizations to grow efficiently.
