Carol Havis

Carol Havis joined Inveniam as Legal Executive Assistant in 2025. In this role, Ms. Havis provides primary comprehensive administrative and operational support to Inveniam's Chief Risk and Trust Officer and secondary support to other internal counsel.

Ms. Havis' experience includes more than ten years as both a Legal Assistant and C-Suite Executive Assistant. Her prior work experience includes Lockwood Companies and Howard & Howard Attorneys, PLLC, both in Michigan, as well as HUYA Bioscience International and NuVasive, Inc., based in San Diego.

Ms. Havis is an enthusiastic and reliable team player, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the utmost discretion in all her responsibilities.
