Bill Papp

Bill Papp is the Chief Executive Officer of NVNM Chain, bringing over 30 years of leadership at the intersection of institutional finance and digital innovation. His extensive career spans both the private and public sectors, with previous leadership roles at RWA Labs, Polymesh, Arival Bank, BankProv, Pacific Premier Trust (a Division of Pacific Premier Bank), Mizuho Americas, and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Papp also held key positions at the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority (MEFA), Pacific Crest Securities (KeyBanc Capital Markets), and Prudential Securities.

A recognized voice in the evolution of digital assets, Mr. Papp is a Member of the Bretton Woods Committee and contributes to the Future of Finance Group's Tokenization & Stablecoins Working Group. His public service includes multiple appointments to boards of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by five successive governors, from William Weld to Deval Patrick.

Mr. Papp holds a BA from the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business and a Master's degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
