Albert Berdellans

Albert Berdellans is the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at Inveniam. He leads the group's work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and blockchain, built on a single thesis: as AI agents take on more consequential tasks, cryptographic proof of what data they used, what they produced, and who they are becomes critical infrastructure. Inveniam provides that integrity layer for real world assets.

Mr. Berdellans architected NVNM Chain, Inveniam's attestation chain, including its native anchoring precompile and a Model Context Protocol server interface that allows AI agents to write attestations directly on-chain. He architected the platform's fraud detection agent, which evaluates document authenticity at ingest using statistical and forensic signals rather than market valuation judgments. He scoped Inveniam's Know Your Agent identity framework for AI agents transacting on-chain.

Mr. Berdellans leads Inveniam's partnerships with large AI-compute providers. Working in close partnership with Inveniam CEO Patrick O'Meara, he forged the firm's relationship with G42, the UAE-based artificial intelligence company, which culminated in G42's strategic investment in Inveniam. Following the partnership, Mr. Berdellans led the opening of Inveniam's office in Abu Dhabi, where he now lives with his wife.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Berdellans was an early practitioner of automation and machine learning, applying them at enterprise scale before this work was widely labeled artificial intelligence. He led these efforts at the largest music festival brand in the world, and subsequently across a $4 billion private portfolio spanning real estate, technology, agriculture, and the arts, where the portfolio's value grew to $7 billion during his tenure. He was named a Trailblazer by Salesforce Marketing Cloud and has been a frequent keynote speaker at DreamForce.
